**This role is for one of Weekday’s clients  
Salary range: Rs 2400000 - Rs 3700000 (ie INR 24 - 37 LPA)**

You'll own Frontend systems end to end, with no layer of process between you and what ships.

## Requirements

**What you'll do**

-   Own **architecture, code quality, performance, and reliability** for mobile.
-   Build **animation-rich, devotional-first experiences** (Reanimated, Lottie, Skia).
-   Drive **offline-first capabilities** (SQLite, MMKV, caching strategies).

**Must have**

-   2–7 years of professional experience with **React Native**, deep expertise in RN internals.
-   Strong command of **JavaScript/TypeScript**, React, gesture systems, and native bridges.
-   Experience architecting **large-scale mobile apps** (modularization, performance tuning).
-   Solid understanding of **iOS/Android build pipelines**, OTA updates, and CI/CD.

**Big plus**

-   Experience with **Hindi/regional language apps** or shareable content engines.
-   Built apps with **daily rituals** (meditation, journaling, devotional).
-   Exposure to **LLM-based personalization**, ML APIs, or observability tools.
