We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Analyst with strong expertise in Healthcare SaaS solutions, healthcare interoperability standards, and enterprise software implementations. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation activities, working closely with healthcare clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of healthcare technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR/EMR systems, and industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, and X12. You will play a critical role in translating client requirements into effective system configurations, managing implementation risks, supporting testing and go-live activities, and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform. This position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to drive successful implementations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and execute implementation activities across the complete project lifecycle, from discovery and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support.
-   Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand business processes, operational requirements, and implementation objectives.
-   Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements to ensure accurate product configuration and deployment.
-   Configure healthcare SaaS solutions based on client workflows, compliance requirements, and business needs.
-   Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation exercises, and issue resolution to ensure successful system adoption.
-   Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver seamless implementation experiences.
-   Identify project risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
-   Provide implementation best practices and strategic guidance to customers throughout the onboarding journey.
-   Facilitate successful customer onboarding, training, and adoption of healthcare technology solutions.
-   Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor during implementation and post-deployment phases.
-   Troubleshoot functional and technical issues during implementation and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
-   Monitor implementation progress, communicate status updates, and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
-   Support post-production deployments and ongoing optimization initiatives to maximize customer success.
-   Contribute to customer retention and expansion opportunities by ensuring positive implementation outcomes.
-   Maintain implementation documentation, process workflows, and project records to support long-term customer success.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   6+ years of experience implementing Healthcare SaaS solutions in enterprise healthcare environments.
-   Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT ecosystems.
-   Hands-on experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms.
-   Deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and X12.
-   Proven ability to manage client-facing implementation projects and stakeholder communications effectively.

-   Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
