We are looking for a skilled **Full Stack Developer** with 3+ years of experience building scalable, secure, and customer-facing web and digital applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across both frontend and backend development, with the ability to work across the complete application lifecycle.

This role is particularly suited to professionals with experience in **fintech, payments, banking, or other technology-driven environments**, where performance, security, reliability, and seamless user experience are critical. You will work closely with product, design, and technology teams to transform business requirements into robust digital solutions.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web and digital applications.
-   Build intuitive and high-performing user interfaces using **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, and modern frameworks such as **React, Angular, or Vue.js**.
-   Develop robust backend services using technologies such as **Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET**.
-   Design and integrate **RESTful APIs** with internal applications and third-party systems.
-   Develop and optimize database solutions using **MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB**, or similar technologies.
-   Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   3+ years of professional experience in **full stack development**.
-   Strong hands-on expertise in both **frontend and backend development**.
-   Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript**, and at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
-   Strong backend development experience with **Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET**.
-   Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including **MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB**.
