We are seeking a detail-oriented **Warehouse Specialist** to drive inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational excellence within a fast-paced supply chain environment. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, monitor inventory performance, investigate stock discrepancies, and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational productivity. Working closely with procurement, logistics, finance, and operations teams, you will leverage data-driven decision-making to optimize warehouse performance while ensuring seamless inventory movement and compliance with established warehouse standards.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage daily warehouse operations while maintaining accurate inventory records and stock visibility.
-   Prepare, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to monitor warehouse performance and inventory accuracy.
-   Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate stock discrepancies through structured analysis.
-   Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring inventory issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-   Utilize Advanced Excel to analyze inventory trends, generate dashboards, and provide actionable operational insights.
-   Monitor inventory movement and collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely stock availability.
-   Drive initiatives to improve warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
-   Support inventory audits, cycle counts, stock verification, and adherence to inventory control procedures.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with warehouse best practices and operational standards.
-   Continuously identify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes and strengthen inventory management controls.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   3+ years of experience in **Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain**.
-   Strong expertise in **Advanced Excel**, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
-   Proven experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving inventory discrepancies through structured root cause analysis.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert operational data into actionable improvements.
-   Hands-on experience working with **ERP**, **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**, or inventory management platforms.
-   Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory controls, stock reconciliation, and warehouse performance metrics.
-   Experience supporting inventory audits, cycle counting, and process optimization initiatives.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
-   Experience in D2C, eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Beauty, or Cosmetics industries is an added advantage.
