We are looking for an experienced **Informatica MDM Developer** to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across **Informatica MDM, Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Business 360, and IBM MDM**, with a strong focus on developing scalable and reliable master-data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MDM architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, data quality, and governance. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate data-management requirements into effective MDM solutions that improve data consistency, accuracy, governance, and usability across enterprise systems.

## Requirements

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-   Design, develop, configure, and maintain **Informatica MDM** solutions based on business and technical requirements.
-   Work extensively with **Informatica IDMC and Business 360** capabilities for modern cloud-based MDM implementations.
-   Develop and configure MDM data models, business entities, relationships, match and merge rules, workflows, and validation rules.
-   Work with **IBM MDM** environments and integrate MDM capabilities with enterprise applications where required.
-   Develop integrations between MDM platforms and systems such as ERP, CRM, data warehouses, APIs, and other enterprise applications.
-   Configure data quality, standardisation, validation, survivorship, and data governance processes.
-   Develop and maintain mappings, interfaces, transformations, APIs, and integration workflows.
-   Analyse functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
-   Participate in data modelling, solution design, development, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
-   Troubleshoot MDM application, integration, data quality, and performance issues.
-   Support production environments, investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions.
-   Collaborate with data architects and governance teams to establish consistent master-data standards and processes.
-   Develop technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, workflows, data models, and operational procedures.
-   Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Ensure MDM solutions follow enterprise security, data governance, quality, and compliance standards.
-   Stay current with evolving **Informatica IDMC, Business 360, cloud MDM, and data management technologies**.

### WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

-   **5+ years of experience** in Master Data Management, Informatica MDM development, data integration, or related data engineering roles.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **Informatica MDM** development, configuration, and implementation.
-   Practical experience with **Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud)** and **Business 360**.
-   Good working knowledge of **IBM MDM** and enterprise master-data concepts.
-   Strong understanding of MDM architecture, data modelling, match and merge, survivorship, hierarchies, relationships, and data quality.
-   Experience developing MDM integrations using APIs, web services, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise integration patterns.
-   Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
-   Experience with data governance, data quality, standardisation, validation, and master-data lifecycle management.
-   Ability to analyse complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
-   Experience with development lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, debugging, and production support.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
-   Good understanding of cloud-based data management and integration architectures.
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with business, technical, and data-governance stakeholders.
-   Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
-   Informatica certifications or relevant MDM certifications are an advantage.
-   A Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline** is preferred.
