We are looking for an experienced **Java Tech Lead** to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance software solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, requiring strong expertise in **Java, ReactJS, Apache Kafka, Jenkins, and MongoDB**.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making key technical decisions, guiding engineering teams, designing robust application architectures, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will work closely with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable and scalable technology solutions.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications using **Java and Spring-based technologies**.
-   Design and develop robust **microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems**.
-   Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
-   Drive architecture and design discussions, evaluating technical approaches and selecting appropriate solutions.
-   Develop and maintain event-driven solutions using **Apache Kafka**, including producers, consumers, topics, and messaging patterns.
-   Design and optimize data models, queries, and integrations using **MongoDB** and other database technologies.
-   Contribute to frontend development using **ReactJS** where required.
-   Conduct detailed code reviews and enforce coding standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.
-   Design and maintain **Jenkins CI/CD pipelines** to improve build, testing, and deployment processes.
