We are looking for an experienced **Workday Integration Developer** to design, develop, maintain, and optimize integrations across the Workday ecosystem and external applications. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with hands-on expertise in **Workday Integration, Workday Studio, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)**.

You will work on complex integration requirements, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and ensure reliable data exchange between Workday and third-party systems. The role requires strong integration development skills, attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and the confidence to work independently in a remote environment.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex **Workday integrations**.
-   Build and enhance integrations using **Workday Studio and EIB**.
-   Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external applications.
-   Work with Workday Core Connectors, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and related integration technologies.
-   Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
-   Configure and maintain integration systems while ensuring data accuracy, security, and reliability.
-   Develop transformation logic, mappings, validations, error handling, and integration workflows.
-   Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and production validation.
-   Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot failures, data issues, and production incidents.
-   Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve integration-related challenges.
-   Support integration deployments, enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
