## Requirements

1.  Capability to manage sales processes and strategies to maximize revenue by meeting budgeted revenue and profit goals for Retail Stores within the cluster.
2.  Ensure the execution of SOPs by maintaining operational excellence throughout the cluster.
3.  Oversee and implement SOPs related to Visual Merchandising (VM) at stores.
4.  Drive customer engagement by designing mechanisms and strategies for acquiring new customers and winning back repeat customers through diverse marketing initiatives across the cluster.
5.  Skillfully manage and strengthen customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customer experiences during and after sales.
6.  Develop leadership skills and provide growth opportunities to employees via various step-up programs across the cluster.
7.  Enhance employees' functional capabilities through targeted training interventions.
8.  Effectively handle and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
9.  Foster a culture of trust, integrity, and respect among all employees across the cluster.
