We are looking for an experienced **Microsoft Fabric professional** with 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and modern data platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in **Microsoft Fabric** and be capable of designing, developing, and optimizing scalable enterprise data solutions.

This role will involve working across data ingestion, transformation, analytics, reporting, and platform optimization while partnering with business and technology teams to deliver reliable, high-performing data solutions.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions using **Microsoft Fabric**.
-   Work with Fabric components including **OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Data Warehouse, and Power BI**.
-   Build robust data ingestion and transformation pipelines from multiple data sources.
-   Develop and optimize data models to support analytics and reporting requirements.
-   Implement efficient ETL/ELT processes while maintaining data quality and reliability.
-   Integrate Microsoft Fabric with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud data sources.
-   Monitor and optimize data pipelines, workloads, and platform performance.
-   Develop solutions that support real-time and batch data processing requirements.
-   Implement data governance, security, access controls, and quality standards.
-   Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, BI developers, architects, and engineering teams.
-   Translate business requirements into scalable technical data solutions.
-   Troubleshoot data, pipeline, performance, and integration issues.
-   Establish best practices for development, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
-   Contribute to migration and modernization initiatives involving legacy data platforms.
-   Stay current with Microsoft Fabric capabilities and emerging data engineering practices.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **7+ years of experience** in data engineering, analytics, BI, or related technology roles.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **Microsoft Fabric** and its core capabilities.
-   Good understanding of **OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Data Warehouse, and Power BI**.
-   Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
-   Experience developing and managing enterprise-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.
-   Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern data architecture.
