## Requirements

**Responsibilities:**

-   Develop the product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer challenges and the company's vision.
-   Lead multiple cross-functional teams by converting the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to achieve product development objectives.
-   Discover market opportunities through research and competitive analysis, incorporating insights into product requirements to improve user satisfaction.
-   Evaluate complex use cases using analytics platforms to assess product usability, and simplify them to enhance user experience.
-   Create simple and intuitive user interfaces using wireframes and mock-ups.
-   Maintain ongoing client communication, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure alignment of our offerings with their expectations.
-   Develop and launch new products while timely improving existing ones.
-   Effectively communicate product solutions and offerings both internally and externally.
-   Demonstrate persistence and professionalism in delivering all product-related materials, including PRDs and Knowledge Base documentation.
-   Stay informed about emerging trends in IT and technical architecture.

**Requirements:**

-   Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field.
-   Over 4 years of experience managing web and mobile products, with a background in technical product management or engineering.
-   At least 2 years of experience building global enterprise SaaS products.
-   Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation domains is advantageous.
-   Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale products with a strong understanding of agile methodologies, collaboration, and leadership in fast-paced environments.
-   Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal, with a solid grasp of effective user experience and appealing design.
-   Spontaneous, quick thinker, and a self-starter possessing essential organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capability.
