We are looking for an experienced **Key Account Manager** to manage and grow strategic banking relationships across Bengaluru and Mumbai. The role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong expertise in **key account relationship building, account management, and the banking domain**.

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key banking clients, understanding their business needs, driving account growth, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship-management capabilities with business acumen and a deep understanding of banking clients and their requirements.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Own and manage relationships with key accounts within the **banking and financial services sector**.
-   Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers at client organisations.
-   Understand client business objectives, operational challenges, and evolving requirements.
-   Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts and ensure effective communication.
-   Develop and execute account management plans to drive **retention, engagement, and revenue growth**.
-   Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client relationships.
-   Conduct regular account reviews and business discussions with key banking clients.
