We are looking for an experienced **Senior Development Engineer** with deep expertise in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems. This role is suited for an engineer who understands how to build highly scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performance systems and can solve complex engineering challenges across distributed architectures.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with **Java, Hadoop, SQL, distributed systems, security, and communication protocols**, along with a strong understanding of scalability, fault tolerance, resource management, and performance optimization. Experience with C++ is an added advantage.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and optimize **distributed systems** with a focus on scalability, performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
-   Apply strong knowledge of communication protocols and distributed system patterns to build efficient system components.
-   Develop secure communication mechanisms using **encryption, authentication, SSL/TLS**, and other security practices.
-   Build high-quality software using **Java** and contribute to large-scale data processing components using **Hadoop and SQL**.
-   Design and optimize SQL queries, data workflows, and processing pipelines for high-performance distributed execution.
-   Develop resilient components with effective resource management, task coordination, failure handling, and recovery mechanisms.
-   Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks across multi-node and distributed environments.
-   Troubleshoot complex production and system-level issues and drive effective root-cause analysis.
-   Collaborate with **architects, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams** to deliver reliable and secure solutions.
