We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Store Manager** to oversee end-to-end store operations, drive sales performance, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and lead a high-performing retail team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **retail operations, sales management, team leadership, inventory control, customer relationship management, and store performance optimisation**. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations while consistently achieving business and customer-service objectives.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
-   Drive store sales, revenue, and profitability in line with business targets.
-   Monitor key retail metrics including **sales, conversion, average transaction value, and team KPIs**.
-   Lead, motivate, coach, and develop store sales and support teams.
