We are seeking a seasoned EDI Specialist to become a part of our Enterprise Applications team, taking on a vital role in maintaining and enhancing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes throughout manufacturing, procurement, material planning, logistics, and financial accounting areas.

## Requirements

🔹 **Primary Responsibilities:**  
• Oversee supplier onboarding, ensure compliance, and manage issue resolution processes.  
• Monitor EDI transactions and alerts, proactively addressing any failures.  
• Provide support for production issues and collaborate closely with internal business teams, suppliers, and EDI vendors.  
• Maintain and improve EDI mappings in accordance with business requirements.  
• Coordinate testing and deployment activities alongside business stakeholders and trading partners.  
• Lead issue escalation, manage vendor communication, and resolve critical incidents efficiently.  
• Create and update support documentation, workflows, and operational procedures.  
• Serve as the main point of contact for all EDI-related matters.

🔹 **Required Skills & Experience:**  
✅ Over 9 years of hands-on experience in EDI, including mapping and support.  
✅ In-depth knowledge of EDIFACT message standards such as DELFRC, DELJIT, ORDER, ORDERCHG, DESADV, INVOIC, and APERAK.  
✅ Experience working with SAP IDoc, JSON, XML, and communication protocols like AS2, OFTP, HTTP, and SFTP/FTP.  
✅ Strong understanding of EDI architecture, VAN providers, and comprehensive EDI data flows.  
✅ Functional expertise in SAP MM, PP, and EWM modules.  
✅ Thorough understanding of supply chain processes and enterprise data integration.  
✅ Proficiency with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems.  
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.

⭐ **Preferred Qualifications:**  
• Prior experience in the automotive industry.
