We are looking for an experienced **Senior UX Designer** who thrives in complex environments and can translate ambiguous challenges into intuitive, human-centered experiences. This role requires a strong combination of **UX design, design research, systems thinking, service design, and stakeholder collaboration**.

You will help shape both **employee-facing tools and customer-facing digital experiences**, bringing clarity to complex problems and creating thoughtful solutions that deliver meaningful business and user outcomes.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design intuitive **employee tools and customer-facing digital experiences** across multiple touchpoints.
-   Conduct user research and synthesize insights from customers, employees, frontline teams, and other stakeholders.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **6+ years of experience** in UX design, product design, design research, service design, systems thinking, or a related discipline.
-   Strong experience designing **end-to-end digital experiences** across complex products, services, or operational environments.
-   Excellent ability to work with **ambiguity** and bring structure, clarity, and direction to complex problems.
-   Strong understanding of **user research, journey mapping, service design, prototyping, usability testing, and human-centered design**.
-   Proficiency with **Figma** and modern UX/design tools.
