As a Product Designer II, you will own and contribute to the end-to-end design process, from understanding user problems and defining information architecture to developing interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product experiences are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.

The role requires a balance of creative thinking, analytical problem-solving, and strong execution skills. You will use user research, usability testing, design systems, and product analytics to validate design decisions and continuously improve digital experiences across complex product journeys, particularly within fintech and B2B SaaS applications.

## Requirements

- **Product Design:** Drive end-to-end product design initiatives, translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive, effective, and scalable digital experiences.
- **Interaction Design:** Create user flows, interaction patterns, wireframes, and prototypes that simplify complex workflows and improve usability.
- **Information Architecture:** Develop clear navigation structures, content hierarchies, and information models that help users find information and complete tasks efficiently.
- **User Research:** Conduct user interviews, usability testing, competitor analysis, and other research activities to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- **Visual Design:** Create high-fidelity interface designs that follow established design principles, maintain visual consistency, and support a cohesive product experience.
- **B2B SaaS Product Design:** Design workflows, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and enterprise features that address the needs of business users and administrators.
- **Fintech and Consumer Technology:** Apply an understanding of digital financial products and consumer-facing technology to design trustworthy, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.
- **Prototyping and Validation:** Build interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts, test assumptions, and validate solutions before development.
- **Design Systems:** Contribute to the development and maintenance of reusable components, design patterns, and design system guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
- **Usability and Accessibility:** Identify usability challenges and ensure designs follow accessibility principles and established interaction standards.
- **Design Iteration:** Incorporate user feedback, usability findings, and product performance data to refine designs and improve customer engagement.
- **Design Documentation:** Prepare clear design specifications, interaction details, and handoff documentation to support efficient implementation by engineering teams.
- **Product Thinking:** Connect design decisions to business goals, customer outcomes, and product success metrics while balancing user needs with technical feasibility.
