**Location**: Mangrol, Near Panoli, Surat, Gujarat

**Reports to**: Managing Director / Director

**Compensation:** INR 15 - 18 LPA

**Experience**: 8+ years total, including 3+ years as Plant Head / Plant Manager

**Industry:** Dyeing & printing (preferred); textile processing, plastics / polymers, chemicals and recycling also considered

**Qualification:** Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience

**Scope:** Single plant with a team of 200+

**Role Summary**

• Overall plant management role, focused on running the plant smoothly and resolving issues across departments, rather than a technical role.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**  
 • Oversee overall plant operations and coordinate Maintenance, Quality (QA / QC), Stores & Dispatch, Safety & EHS and Purchase / Procurement.  
• Act as the point of escalation for any departmental issue and resolve it to keep operations running.  
• Manage vendors and contractors.  
• Handle customer complaints and ensure dispatch commitments are met.  
• Ensure pollution control and ETP / environmental compliance.  
• Manage statutory audits and factory licences.  
• Plan and execute capex projects and plant expansion.  
• Prepare and present MIS reports to the MD / Director.  
  
 **Requirements**  
 • 8+ years of total experience with at least 3 years as Plant Head / Plant Manager.  
• Experience managing a single plant with a team of 200+.  
• Background in dyeing & printing (preferred), textile processing, plastics / polymers, chemicals or recycling.  
• Advanced Excel (mandatory). • Graduate in any discipline.
