We are looking for an experienced **Dynamics 365 Operations professional** with **6–12 years of experience** to manage, support, and optimize business processes across Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on **Operations and Supply Chain Management (SCM)**. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting D365 solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage and support **Microsoft Dynamics 365** applications, with a primary focus on **Operations and Supply Chain Management**.
-   Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 configurations and solutions.
-   Configure and maintain D365 modules related to **procurement, inventory, warehouse management, production, planning, logistics, and order management**.
-   Work closely with business users to understand operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
-   Participate in the implementation, enhancement, customization, and rollout of **D365 SCM and Operations** solutions.
-   Manage the complete lifecycle of functional requirements, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
-   Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, workflows, reports, and data migration.
-   Identify system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution of functional and technical problems.
-   Support **UAT, SIT, regression testing**, and preparation of test scenarios and documentation.
-   Ensure D365 processes align with business policies, operational requirements, and industry best practices.
-   Assist with data migration, master data management, system upgrades, and release management.
-   Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
-   Monitor system performance and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
-   Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, Manufacturing, IT, and Operations.

### Must-Have Skills

-   **6–12 years of relevant experience** in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **D365 Operations**.
-   Strong functional knowledge of **Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM)**.
-   Experience with core SCM processes such as **Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Master Planning, Production Control, and Sales & Distribution**.
-   Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their implementation within D365.
-   Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and production support.
-   Ability to troubleshoot D365 functional issues and work effectively with technical teams.
-   Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into scalable D365 solutions.
-   Good understanding of D365 integrations, workflows, security roles, data entities, and reporting.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Experience with **Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate**, or related Microsoft technologies.
-   Knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations architecture and integration frameworks.
-   Experience with D365 implementation or migration projects.
-   Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-   Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
-   Exposure to global implementations and multi-location business processes.

### Education

Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management**, or a related field is preferred.
