We are looking for an experienced **Senior Fintech Product & Business Professional** to contribute to the growth and evolution of digital lending and financial services initiatives. The role is suited for a senior professional with deep experience in the **fintech, NBFC, digital lending, and financial services ecosystem**, along with a strong understanding of customer journeys, lending products, business operations, and technology-enabled financial solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong business understanding, and the ability to work across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Credit, Collections, and other functions to drive scalable and customer-focused lending solutions.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives across **digital lending and fintech products**.
-   Drive improvements across the end-to-end lending lifecycle, from customer acquisition and onboarding through disbursement, servicing, repayment, and collections.
-   Work closely with Product, Technology, Credit, Risk, Operations, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver business priorities.
-   Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, product performance, and business growth.
-   Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear product and process improvements.
-   Support the development and scaling of digital lending journeys, platforms, and technology-enabled financial products.
-   Analyse business and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, operational gaps, and areas for improvement.
-   Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives across lending operations.
-   Partner with technology teams to define requirements, prioritise initiatives, and support successful implementation.
