## Requirements

### **Role & Responsibilities**

This role primarily involves developing and implementing adaptations across a variety of digital assets, while upholding excellent creative and production quality.

The ideal candidate should be highly self-sufficient, detail-focused, and able to handle assignments with minimal oversight. Strong communication abilities and professional-level English proficiency are required.

### Requirements

-   Expertise in **Adobe After Effects** and **Figma**.
-   Demonstrated experience in **2D animation** and **motion graphics**.
-   Capability to work autonomously and manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
-   Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
-   High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently execute adaptations.
-   A portfolio featuring work for **major, well-recognized brands** is essential.
-   Experience with **international brands or global campaigns** is strongly preferred.
