We are looking for an experienced **Associate Partner – Criminal Litigation & PMLA** to lead complex criminal litigation matters and provide strategic legal counsel across **criminal law, PMLA, investigations, and related proceedings**.

The role requires strong courtroom experience, sound legal judgement, and the ability to develop and execute effective litigation strategies. The ideal candidate will also have strong client-management and business-development capabilities, with the ability to build trusted relationships with long-term clients and key stakeholders.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage complex **criminal litigation and PMLA matters** from case assessment through resolution.
-   Develop comprehensive legal strategies based on case facts, applicable laws, evidence, and client objectives.
-   Represent clients in relevant courts, tribunals, and proceedings before investigative or regulatory authorities.
-   Prepare and review legal pleadings, applications, petitions, written submissions, legal opinions, and other case documentation.
-   Conduct detailed legal research and analyse complex factual and legal issues.
-   Advise clients on litigation strategy, legal risks, investigations, and potential outcomes.
-   Manage relationships with **full-time and long-term clients**, acting as a trusted legal advisor.
-   Coordinate with clients, counsel, advocates, experts, investigators, and other professional stakeholders.
-   Monitor case developments, hearings, deadlines, evidence, and procedural requirements.
-   Develop practical and commercially appropriate solutions for complex legal matters.
