### About the Role

We seek motivated and target-oriented Sales Executives to boost enrollments in our SAT/ACT prep programs for students planning to study in the USA and Canada.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in EdTech sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into enrollments through a consultative sales approach.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Advise students and parents about SAT/ACT preparation programs
-   Manage inbound and outbound sales calls along with follow-up communications
-   Convert leads into paying enrollments and consistently meet monthly revenue goals
-   Identify student needs and suggest appropriate programs accordingly
-   Keep the CRM updated and monitor the sales pipeline effectively
-   Develop strong relationships with prospective students and their parents
-   Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process

### Requirements

-   At least 1 year of experience in EdTech, education sales, or inside sales
-   Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
-   Preferably experienced in high-value sales or counseling roles
-   Able to thrive in a target-driven sales environment
-   Capable of adapting to a fast-paced startup culture
-   Experience with SAT, ACT, Study Abroad, IELTS, GRE, GMAT, or related fields is advantageous
