As a Product Manager – Sales, you will own critical products and problem areas that sit at the heart of the organization's field-facing operations, spanning sales execution, installation and project management, and post-install service workflows. This is a hands-on role where product decisions directly affect how our teams operate on the groundwork and how reliably we deliver to customers. We are looking for sharp, structured thinkers who are genuinely curious about how things work on the ground and willing to spend real time with the teams doing the work.

## Requirements

### **🎯 Key Responsibilities**

-   Own one or more clearly defined business problems, products, or operational domains end-to-end (for e.g. field-force coordination, sales execution workflows, order and project management, or service and AMC scheduling).
-   Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual effort, exceptions, and recurring escalations through better system design.
-   Drive product discovery through close engagement with on-ground teams - sales consultants, operations coordinators, and field service staff.
-   Translate operational needs and constraints into clear product problem statements, requirements, and execution plans.
-   Work with engineering and analytics to define success metrics, track impact, and iterate post-launch.
-   Make trade-offs between speed, cost, and robustness while building solutions that scale reliably.
