- Continuously monitor and improve **ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, revenue, and LTV**.
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for new customer acquisition, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and high-value customer cohorts.

- Develop regular performance reports and dashboards with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Collaborate with founders and cross-functional stakeholders to align performance marketing with revenue and business objectives.
- Monitor changes in advertising platforms, tracking technologies, attribution models, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.
- Evaluate campaign structures, audience performance, creative effectiveness, and landing-page conversion to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Continuously improve acquisition efficiency through experimentation, data analysis, and performance-led decision-making.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Strong understanding of **ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, attribution, and conversion optimisation**.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute full-funnel customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable business decisions.
- Experience with audience segmentation, campaign experimentation, A/B testing, and creative optimisation.
- Strong understanding of **D2C/e-commerce customer journeys, acquisition funnels, and conversion behaviour**.
- Experience working with consumer, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, FMCG, lifestyle, or similar brands is preferred.
- Hands-on familiarity with **GA4, Meta Events Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising Console, Shopify Analytics**, and performance reporting tools.
