We are looking for an experienced **Senior Development Engineer** to join our engineering team and drive the design, development, and optimization of large-scale distributed systems and data-intensive applications. This role is ideal for professionals with **10–17 years of experience** who possess deep expertise in **Java** and **Hadoop** technologies and have a proven track record of building highly scalable, reliable, and high-performance enterprise solutions.

As a Senior Development Engineer, you will play a key role in designing robust architectures, solving complex technical challenges, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful products. You should be passionate about distributed computing, big data processing, and writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and distributed computing technologies.
-   Build and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines using the Hadoop ecosystem.
-   Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive volumes of structured and unstructured data.
-   Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong expertise in **Java** with extensive experience developing enterprise-grade backend applications.
-   Hands-on experience with the **Hadoop** ecosystem, including distributed storage and large-scale data processing.
-   Deep understanding of distributed systems, multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
-   Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture.
-   Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable backend services.
-   Expertise in SQL and database design, along with experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.

-   Strong understanding of security, scalability, and high-availability architecture.

### Qualifications

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
-   **10–17 years of professional software development experience**, with significant experience in Java-based enterprise applications and Hadoop technologies.
