**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Head – Manufacturing** to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across the value chain. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing manufacturing, procurement, quality, and both backward and forward supply chain operations while enabling operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building and scaling operations, makes quick, data-driven decisions, and is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where agility and execution are critical.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across all production facilities. 
-   Drive ownership of the complete manufacturing value chain, including: 

-   Backward supply chain 
-   Procurement  
-   Manufacturing operations 
-   Quality management 
-   Forward supply chain and distribution 

-   Build scalable manufacturing systems, processes, and operational frameworks to support rapid business growth. 
-   Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, and throughput. 
-   Ensure consistent product quality while maintaining high operational standards. 
-   Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership to enable seamless execution. 
-   Lead capacity planning, expansion initiatives, and manufacturing scale-up projects. 
-   Develop strong vendor partnerships and procurement strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations. 
-   Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
-   Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions in a dynamic business environment. 

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

-   Significant leadership experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement.  
-   Strong exposure to both backward and forward supply chain operations. 
-   Proven experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations. 
-   Demonstrated success in building processes, systems, and teams within rapidly growing organizations. 
-   Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing business priorities. 
-   Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities. 
-   Hands-on leadership style with a strong bias for action and execution. 
-   Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
