We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Product Leader** to drive the vision, strategy, and growth of our consumer-facing product. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of **consumer behavior**, strong experience building and scaling **consumer applications**, and the ability to translate customer insights into engaging, high-impact product experiences.

With **8–12 years of product management experience**, you will play a critical role in defining the product roadmap, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering intuitive products that solve real customer problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Business, to build products that delight users and drive sustainable business growth.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer-facing applications.
-   Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior, customer needs, motivations, preferences, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research.
-   Translate consumer insights and market opportunities into innovative product features and experiences.
-   Lead the complete product lifecycle, from problem discovery and ideation to development, launch, optimization, and scaling.
-   Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver intuitive, seamless, and high-quality user experiences.
-   Analyze user data, engagement metrics, feedback, and behavioral patterns to make informed product decisions.
-   Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
-   Develop and manage product roadmaps while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
-   Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Business teams to support successful product launches and adoption.
-   Identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and overall customer experience.
-   Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on emerging consumer trends, technologies, and market developments.
-   Define and monitor key product performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve product outcomes.
-   Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
-   Mentor and guide product team members while promoting a strong culture of customer-centricity, experimentation, and ownership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

-   **8–12 years of experience** in Product Management, Product Strategy, or related product leadership roles.
-   Strong experience building, launching, and scaling **consumer-facing applications or digital products**.
-   Deep understanding of **consumer behavior**, including user motivations, decision-making patterns, engagement drivers, and customer journeys.
-   Proven ability to conduct customer research and translate insights into successful product strategies.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
-   Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
-   Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
-   Strong ability to prioritize initiatives and manage complex product roadmaps.
-   Demonstrated ownership and ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

-   Experience in **Product Growth**, including user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion optimization.
-   Experience designing and running product experiments, including A/B testing.
-   Knowledge of growth metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, and customer lifecycle management.
-   Experience working with high-growth consumer technology companies or digital platforms.
