We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead with 5–10 years of experience in software development and delivery management to lead cross-functional engineering teams and drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on exposure to Agile delivery practices, project management methodologies, and end-to-end software development lifecycles.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions, coordinating with stakeholders, and enabling continuous improvement across engineering processes. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, people management, and delivery ownership.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, QA professionals, and cross-functional contributors to deliver scalable and reliable applications.
-   Drive project execution from planning to deployment while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
-   Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
-   Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release cycles in Agile/Scrum environments.
-   Ensure smooth execution of projects across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
-   Monitor team performance, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of milestones.
-   Support MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development initiatives by prioritizing features and enabling faster go-to-market delivery.
-   Coordinate with DevOps and engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
-   Track project progress using tools like Jira and maintain visibility on sprint velocity, resource allocation, and delivery metrics.
-   Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
-   Participate in client discussions, status reporting, estimation exercises, and technical solution planning.
-   Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and best engineering practices.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

-   5–10 years of experience in software engineering, project delivery, or technical leadership roles.
-   Proven experience leading Agile teams and managing software delivery projects.
-   Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
-   Exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities and sprint management activities.
-   Experience with project planning, delivery management, stakeholder coordination, and team mentoring.
-   Hands-on understanding of the full SDLC and modern software development processes.
-   Familiarity with MVP-based product development approaches.
-   Working knowledge of Jira for sprint tracking, task management, and reporting.
-   Understanding of CI/CD concepts, release workflows, and DevOps collaboration.
-   Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Scrum Master certification or Agile certifications.
