### Vice President – Application Services | BFSI

**Location: Bengaluru**

We are hiring a senior technology and delivery leader for a leading global professional services firm.

-   **20+ years of experience** in IT/Technology Services with strong **BFSI and Application Management Services (AMS)** expertise; experience across multiple global banking/financial services clients preferred.
-   Proven experience leading **large, complex application delivery portfolios**, including modernization, transformation and managed services, with sound understanding of enterprise applications, cloud and evolving technology stacks.
-   Strong **client leadership and executive presence**, with experience engaging CIO/CTO/CDO-level stakeholders, strengthening strategic relationships and identifying opportunities to expand engagements.
-   Demonstrated experience leading and scaling **large, multi-disciplinary technology organizations** comprising Engineering Managers, Architects, PMO and Delivery leaders, with strong resource/talent management capability.
-   Looking for a **forward-looking, entrepreneurial leader** who can operate in a high-growth environment, build delivery capability and help scale a rapidly expanding technology services business.
