As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules for complex initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. • Integrate project plans with resource allocation and capacity planning tools.

• Generate and present comprehensive status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align schedules with project milestones.

• Update schedules dynamically in response to scope changes, risks, and resource availability.

• Conduct regular reviews of critical path activities and recommend mitigation strategies.

• 1+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and advanced functions of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong understanding of work breakdown structure development and application.

• Demonstrated ability to perform variance analysis and produce actionable insights.

• Experience implementing crashing strategies to meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
