## Requirements

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Head of Engineering** to steer engineering strategy, oversee delivery execution, drive platform modernization, and provide leadership across enterprise technology projects.

The successful candidate will have deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and managing large-scale engineering teams. This position demands a balanced combination of hands-on technical skills, operational responsibility, and strategic leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**
