We are seeking an experienced **Senior Cosmetologist / Aesthetic Physician** to join a professional aesthetics and dermatology team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cosmetology, aesthetic treatments, skin and hair procedures, and excellent client-handling skills.

This role is suited for a qualified professional who can independently perform aesthetic procedures, guide clients on appropriate treatment options, support dermatologists during advanced procedures, and mentor junior cosmetologists and technicians.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

### Aesthetic & Cosmetic Procedures

-   Perform a wide range of **skin, hair, laser, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments** using approved technologies and established clinical protocols.
-   Ensure procedures are performed safely, professionally, and according to required quality standards.
-   Maintain appropriate treatment documentation and follow clinic protocols.

### Client Consultation & Management

-   Conduct consultations related to skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments.
-   Understand client concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans in coordination with dermatologists where required.
-   Explain procedures, expected outcomes, aftercare, and relevant precautions clearly to clients.
-   Address client queries and ensure a high-quality overall experience.
-   Assist with procedure scheduling and bookings.

### Skincare & Treatment Guidance

-   Recommend appropriate skincare routines and products based on client requirements.
-   Provide medication or treatment recommendations strictly within the scope of qualification and under dermatologist supervision where applicable.
-   Monitor client progress and provide appropriate post-procedure guidance.

### Hair Transplant Support

-   Assist dermatologists during **hair transplant and related hair restoration procedures**.
-   Support pre- and post-procedure client care and follow established clinical protocols.

### Training & Mentorship

-   Train and mentor junior cosmetologists and technicians on procedures, equipment handling, client interaction, and service standards.
-   Conduct professional training sessions for cosmetologists enrolled in internal academy programs.
-   Help establish consistent treatment and client-service standards across the team.

### Qualifications & Experience

-   **BDS, BHMS, MBBS**, or equivalent medical qualification with advanced training/certification in cosmetology or aesthetics.
-   Minimum **4 years of relevant experience**, preferably within a dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, or skin clinic environment.
-   Strong hands-on knowledge of:

-   Laser treatments
-   Skin and hair treatments
-   Cosmetic procedures
-   Non-surgical aesthetic treatments
-   Skincare and haircare protocols

-   Excellent communication, consultation, and client-management skills.
-   Ability to work effectively with dermatologists, cosmetologists, technicians, and other clinical professionals.
-   Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to patient/client safety.

### Preferred Background

Prior experience working in a **skin clinic, dermatology clinic, cosmetology center, aesthetics clinic, or wellness clinic** is strongly preferred.

Candidates with experience in established dermatology and aesthetic-care environments will be particularly relevant.
