## Requirements

-   Content calendar strategy planning 
-   Build and run a monthly content calendar for both Instagram pages: Eat, Breathe, Smile and Superfoods by Eat, Breathe, Smile.
-   Plan the mix of reels, carousels, stories and static posts, and the posting frequency and timing for each page.
-   Define content pillars such as education, product, recipes, community and testimonials, and keep the feed balanced and on-brand.
-   Plan content around product launches, bundles, festive sales and wellness programs.

I D E A S , S C R I P T S A N D C A P T I O N S

Come up with reel concepts, hooks, scripts and carousel storylines suited to the brand's warm, upbeat voice.

Write captions, hashtags and story copy, and keep the tone consistent across both pages.

Work with the founder to turn her wellness expertise into simple, credible content.

C O O R D I N A T I O N A N D P U B L I S H I N G

Brief designers, video editors and creators or influencers, and review work before it goes live.

Schedule and publish posts on time, and keep the calendar updated as plans change.
