We are looking for a proactive and client-focused **Assistant Manager – Account Management** to build and nurture strong client relationships while driving exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in **Account Management, Client Servicing, and Brand Management**, with the ability to understand client objectives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of projects and campaigns.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
-   Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
-   Understand client business goals, brand positioning, and market challenges to provide effective solutions and recommendations.
-   Manage end-to-end account servicing, including project planning, execution, delivery, and post-delivery support.

-   Support business development initiatives by participating in client presentations, proposals, and strategic discussions.
-   Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

-   4–12 years of relevant experience in **Account Management, Client Servicing, Brand Management, or Client Relationship Management**.
-   Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
-   Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
-   Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to revenue expansion.
-   Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or project management tools is an advantage.
-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is a plus.
