### 🎥 Your Responsibilities

-   Edit **content designed for high retention**, including:

-   Reels / Shorts / YouTube videos
-   Ads and performance-driven creatives

-   Optimize videos by focusing on:

-   Captivating hooks within the first 3 seconds
-   Maximizing watch time and retention rates

-   Collaborate closely with founders and creators to develop **content that grabs attention and encourages scrolling**
-   Manage **sound design, pacing, transitions, and storytelling** elements
-   Customize edits to fit the specific requirements of each **platform (Instagram, YouTube, Ads)**
-   Leverage **data and insights such as drop-off points and engagement metrics** to enhance editing quality

### 🧠 Qualifications We Seek

-   Between 1 and 4 years of experience in **content or video editing**
-   Proficient with:

-   Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro

-   Experience collaborating with:
