### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **HR Generalist / HR Manager** to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of **Keka HRMS, payroll coordination, labour laws, and employee lifecycle management**.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end **recruitment and talent acquisition**.

Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit processes.

Maintain employee records and manage **Keka HRMS**.

Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing and employee-related queries.

Manage employee engagement activities and performance management.

Support KRA/KPI implementation and performance reviews.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Prepare **HR MIS reports** and maintain HR documentation.

Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.

Coordinate with management and different teams on HR-related matters.

### Requirements

**3+ years** of experience in HR Generalist / HR Manager roles.

MBA/PGDM in **Human Resources** or equivalent qualification preferred.

Hands-on experience with **Keka HRMS** preferred.

Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in an **IT, Digital Marketing, or Service-based company** is preferred.
