As a Travel Advisor, you'll serve as the bridge between our customers and their next great adventure. Your expertise will guide travellers, ensuring they have a seamless, exciting, and personalised experience. ## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, industry directories, and other relevant sources.
-   Generate qualified leads based on defined target customer profiles, industries, geographies, and business requirements.
-   Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other appropriate communication channels.
-   Understand prospect requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services.
-   Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales funnel.
-   Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, budget, and potential fit.
-   Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified prospects with the appropriate sales team members.
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems or internal trackers.
-   Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality, outreach strategies, and conversion rates.
-   Monitor lead-generation and sales metrics and contribute toward achieving weekly and monthly targets.
-   Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
-   Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Must-Have Skills

-   Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-   Basic understanding of **Lead Generation and Sales** processes.
-   Confidence in communicating with prospective customers through calls, emails, and online channels.
-   Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
-   Good research and prospect-identification skills.
-   Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
-   Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
-   Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

Good-to-Have Skills

-   Prior experience in **Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales**.
-   Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach.
-   Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
-   Understanding of B2B sales processes and sales funnels.
-   Basic knowledge of cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
-   Ability to analyze lead-generation performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
-   **0–3 years of relevant experience** in lead generation, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
-   Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome.
