## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Support clinical research activities related to **nephrology**, renal diseases, and kidney health.
-   Review and evaluate clinical data, medical records, laboratory findings, and diagnostic reports related to renal conditions.
-   Provide medical expertise and guidance on nephrology-related aspects of clinical research projects.
-   Assist in the assessment of patient eligibility and relevant medical criteria for clinical studies.
-   Collaborate with clinical research teams, investigators, medical professionals, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
-   Contribute to the preparation and review of clinical research documentation, medical reports, and study-related materials.
-   Support the monitoring and interpretation of safety and efficacy data associated with nephrology-focused clinical studies.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

-   Medical qualification with relevant specialization or clinical exposure in **Nephrology**.
-   **0–2 years of relevant experience** in nephrology, clinical practice, clinical research, or a related healthcare environment.
-   Strong foundational knowledge of kidney diseases, renal disorders, and their diagnosis and management.
-   Ability to interpret clinical and laboratory data relevant to nephrology.
-   Good understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
-   Good written and verbal communication skills.
