We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Senior Import Executive** to manage end-to-end import operations while ensuring timely clearance, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable customs and import regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of **Import-Export processes, customs compliance, import regulations, and Customs Regulations**, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping agents, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Manage end-to-end **import operations**, from shipment initiation through customs clearance and final delivery.
-   Prepare, review, and maintain import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
-   Coordinate with **Customs Brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners** for timely shipment clearance.
-   Ensure compliance with applicable **customs regulations, import regulations, trade policies, and statutory requirements**.
-   Monitor import shipments and provide regular updates on shipment status, clearance, delivery schedules, and potential delays.
-   Review import documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission for customs clearance.
-   Coordinate customs clearance activities and resolve documentation, classification, valuation, or regulatory issues.
-   Support accurate determination of **HS codes, customs duties, taxes, and applicable import charges**.
-   Monitor customs assessments and coordinate with relevant parties to address discrepancies or queries.
