## Requirements

**Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user journey mapping to understand user needs and behaviors.
-   Analyse research data to gain insights and inform design decisions, ensuring user-centric solutions.
-   Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to communicate design ideas effectively.
-   Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and feedback.
-   Design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
-   Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended, maintaining consistency across platforms.
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure designs meet project requirements and business goals.
-   Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
-   Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and gather user feedback.
-   Iterate on designs based on user testing results and feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
-   Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
-   Ensure adherence to design guidelines and best practices across all touchpoints.
-   Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh, modern, and user-focused.
-   Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and organization.

**Requirements:** :

-   Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
-   Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
-   Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
-   Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
-   Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
-   Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
-   Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
-   Knowledge of usability testing methods and tools (e. g., Hotjar, UserTesting).
-   Experience with accessibility standards and best practices.
-   Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
-   Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
