We are looking for an experienced **SAP FICO (Group Reporting) Consultant** with strong expertise in **SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and SAP Business Planning & Consolidation** to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of enterprise consolidation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across end-to-end **S/4HANA Group Reporting implementations**, consolidation processes, financial reporting, master data, data loading, intercompany processes, and month-end activities. The role also requires strong stakeholder-management capabilities and the ability to engage effectively with senior customer stakeholders.

## Requirements

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-   Lead the design and configuration of **SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting** solutions based on business and consolidation requirements.
-   Participate in and deliver end-to-end **SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementations**.
-   Engage with finance, accounting, and other functional teams to understand requirements and finalise solution designs.
-   Configure consolidation processes including **currency translation, intercompany elimination, reclassifications, and investment consolidation**.
-   Configure and maintain **Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation** processes.
-   Design and configure reporting rules, hierarchies, breakdown categories, sections, and sub-item mappings.
-   Manage master data, data loading, and month-end consolidation activities.
-   Support consolidation of investments using **rule-based COI and ABC COI** approaches.
-   Develop and maintain **Analysis for Office (AO)** reports covering Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and custom analytical requirements.
-   Develop ad-hoc financial reports and analytical queries using relevant **Fiori applications**.
-   Leverage SAP Best Practices and relevant **SAP Activate Group Reporting content** during solution design and implementation.
-   Monitor and manage production support tickets and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
-   Analyse functional issues, identify root causes, provide solution estimates, and coordinate issue resolution.
-   Prepare detailed **functional specifications** for new developments, enhancements, and change requests.
-   Coordinate with technical and development teams to ensure successful implementation of functional requirements.
-   Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
-   Provide functional guidance and solution recommendations for complex business requirements.
-   Monitor ongoing finance and consolidation processes and proactively identify potential issues.
-   Lead and mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and delivery excellence.
-   Interact with customer leadership and senior stakeholders to communicate solutions, progress, risks, and recommendations.
-   Travel to customer/project locations as required for implementation and project delivery.

### WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

-   **8–14 years of relevant SAP experience**, with strong expertise in SAP Business Planning & Consolidation and Group Reporting.
-   **4–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting**.
-   Proven experience delivering **3–4 end-to-end S/4HANA Group Reporting implementations**.
-   Strong hands-on expertise in **SAP FICO and S/4HANA**, preferably version 1809 or above.
-   Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
-   Hands-on configuration experience in **currency translation, intercompany elimination, reclassifications, intercompany matching and reconciliation, and investment consolidation**.
-   Strong experience with **Analysis for Office (AO)** reporting, including Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and custom analytical reports.
-   Experience with Fiori-based reporting, ad-hoc reporting, reporting rules, and financial hierarchies.
-   Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices and relevant Group Reporting scope items.
-   Experience with **SAP Activate Group Reporting** methodology and best-practice content.
-   Ability to design and configure complex business scenarios independently.
-   Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, functional specifications, testing, and production support.
-   Experience coordinating with technical teams to deliver enhancements and resolve complex issues.
-   Strong SLA-driven incident management and problem-solving capabilities.
-   **1–2 years of team-leadership experience** with the ability to guide consultants and coordinate delivery.
-   Strong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with **customer top management and senior stakeholders**.
-   Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
-   **CA, ICWA, MBA, M.Com, or another relevant postgraduate qualification** is preferred.
-   SAP S/4HANA or Group Reporting certification is an advantage.
-   Exposure to **SAP Analytics Cloud Planning** is an added advantage.
-   Strong team-player mindset with the ability to work effectively in complex, client-facing environments.
-   Willingness to undertake **project-specific business travel** as required.
