We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to manage site teams, coordinate with various stakeholders, and resolve complex engineering challenges.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

Measure completed works on site — civil, MEP, and finishes

Maintain site measurement records for all work packages

Verify contractor measurement claims during bill preparation

Track material receipts and usage at site against procurement records

Report daily / weekly quantities achieved to PCU and Contracts team

Flag over-billing or measurement discrepancies immediately.

**KRAs**

Measurement accuracy: Site measurements within 2% of central QS verification

Timeliness: All measurements provided to billing QS within 48 hours of request

Reporting: Daily quantity achieved report submitted every evening
