We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented **Performance Marketing Manager** to lead digital acquisition, campaign optimisation, and revenue growth across e-commerce channels. The role combines **performance marketing, data analytics, e-commerce ROAS, creative strategy, and marketing technology** to build scalable customer acquisition programs.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across paid media, analytics, creative, and e-commerce operations, using data to make informed decisions and improve campaign efficiency. You will play a key role in driving profitable growth through structured experimentation, performance optimisation, and strong collaboration across marketing and creative teams.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute **performance marketing strategies** focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.
-   Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise paid digital campaigns across relevant platforms.
-   Track and improve **e-commerce ROAS**, CAC, conversion rates, revenue, AOV, and other key performance metrics.
-   Analyse campaign, customer, product, and website data to identify performance trends and growth opportunities.
-   Build dashboards, reports, and performance analyses to communicate campaign results and actionable insights.
-   Use **GA4** to analyse customer journeys, traffic sources, conversions, engagement, and e-commerce performance.
-   Implement and maintain accurate marketing and conversion tracking through **Google Tag Manager**.
