We are looking for an experienced **Senior Full Stack Engineer** to lead the development of advanced AI-driven applications and contribute to building high-quality reinforcement learning (RL) environments. In this role, you will lead engineering efforts focused on developing interactive applications, building realistic RL replicas, and designing complex tasks that help evaluate and improve the capabilities of AI models.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable frontend and backend systems, solve challenging technical problems, and contribute to the development of next-generation AI-powered products.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

### Full Stack Development

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
-   Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React.
-   Develop robust backend services and APIs using FastAPI.
-   Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

### AI Platform Development

-   Lead the development of realistic reinforcement learning (RL) replicas and simulation environments.
-   Design and implement challenging evaluation tasks that test AI model capabilities and identify performance gaps.
-   Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to integrate application workflows with machine learning systems.
-   Continuously improve platform reliability and engineering quality.

### Technical Leadership

-   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
-   Review architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
-   Drive design discussions, technical decisions, and implementation strategies.
-   Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

### Collaboration & Execution

-   Work closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
-   Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
-   Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance across the technology stack.

### Required Qualifications

-   1+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
-   Strong expertise in **React** for frontend development.
-   Hands-on experience building backend services using **FastAPI**.
-   Solid understanding of REST APIs, modern web application architecture, and distributed systems.
-   Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
-   Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
-   Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience working with AI, machine learning, or reinforcement learning platforms.
-   Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
-   Exposure to modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
