We are looking for an experienced **Java Full Stack Developer** with strong expertise in **ReactJS** to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the full technology stack, including Java backend development, React frontend, REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance applications while following Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using **Java** and **ReactJS**.
-   Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using **Spring Boot**, **Spring Framework**, and **Spring Data JPA**.
-   Develop responsive, reusable, and accessible user interfaces using **ReactJS**, **JavaScript**, **TypeScript**, **HTML5**, and **CSS3**.
-   Integrate applications with messaging systems such as **Apache Kafka** and cloud services on **Microsoft Azure**.
-   Work with **MS SQL Server** for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
-   Implement and maintain microservices architecture and API gateway integration.
-   Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
-   Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
-   Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps and automation initiatives.
-   Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

**Required Skills & Experience**

-   7+ years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
-   Strong proficiency in **Java**, **Spring Framework**, **Spring Boot**, **Spring Data JPA**, and **RESTful APIs**.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **ReactJS** and modern front-end development.
-   Good knowledge of **JavaScript (ES6+)**, **TypeScript**, **HTML5**, and **CSS3**.
-   Experience working with **Microservices Architecture**.
-   Hands-on experience with **Apache Kafka**.
-   Experience with **Microsoft Azure** cloud services.
-   Good understanding of **MS SQL Server** and relational database concepts.
-   Familiarity with **Kubernetes**, **MuleSoft**, and API integration is an added advantage.
-   Experience with **CI/CD pipelines**, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience working in the **Financial Services/Banking** domain.
-   Strong preference for candidates with **ReactJS** experience over other front-end frameworks.
-   Exposure to cloud-native application development and containerized deployments.
