We are seeking an experienced **Technology Principal, Medical & Operations** to lead technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across medical and operational functions. This role is responsible for aligning technology capabilities with business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong **Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, and IT Strategy** expertise with an understanding of enterprise operations. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define technology roadmaps, and implement solutions that improve processes, data visibility, collaboration, and overall operational performance.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with medical and operational business objectives.
