We are looking for an experienced **Senior HR Executive – Recruitment** to manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities across corporate and manufacturing functions within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely closure of approved positions, building strong talent pipelines, maintaining recruitment quality, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will combine strong recruitment expertise with excellent stakeholder management, recruitment analytics, coordination, and execution skills.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Coordinate with Department Heads and Hiring Managers to understand current and future **manpower requirements**.
-   Track approved vacancies, recruitment budgets, requisitions, and hiring timelines to ensure timely closure of positions.
-   Develop and execute sourcing strategies using **job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, campus hiring, networking, and other channels**.
-   Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and specialised positions, particularly within manufacturing environments.
-   Screen and shortlist candidates against defined job requirements, qualifications, experience, competencies, and organisational fit.
-   Conduct initial HR screening and interviews and coordinate technical or functional assessments with Hiring Managers.
-   Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and selection coordination.
-   Support Hiring Managers in evaluating candidates and recommending suitable profiles.
-   Conduct compensation discussions within approved salary structures and coordinate offer preparation and documentation.
-   Maintain regular engagement with selected candidates throughout the notice period to improve **offer acceptance and offer-to-joining conversion**.
-   Identify potential joining risks and proactively address candidate concerns.
-   Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, induction, and onboarding activities.
-   Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, MIS reports, and accurate candidate records.
-   Monitor recruitment metrics such as **time-to-fill, vacancy closure, offer acceptance, offer-to-joining conversion, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and new-hire retention**.
-   Analyse recruitment trends and provide periodic hiring reports and insights to management.
-   Support **employer branding**, job fairs, campus recruitment, networking events, and talent engagement initiatives.
-   Maintain complete recruitment documentation and ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
-   Coordinate with approved recruitment agencies, assessment partners, educational institutions, and other external talent sources.
-   Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, talent pipelines, and overall hiring effectiveness.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **5+ years of relevant experience** in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations with strong exposure to end-to-end hiring.
-   Proven experience managing recruitment across **corporate and manufacturing functions**.
-   Experience in **pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare, FMCG, or another regulated manufacturing environment** will be an advantage.
-   Strong understanding of manpower planning, sourcing, competency-based screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
-   Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
-   Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively with HODs, Hiring Managers, senior management, candidates, and recruitment partners.
-   Strong negotiation and candidate-engagement skills, particularly during compensation discussions and notice periods.
-   Experience tracking and analysing **recruitment metrics, MIS, dashboards, and hiring effectiveness**.
-   Good understanding of recruitment compliance, documentation, audit requirements, and HR processes.
-   Proficiency in **MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRMS, ATS platforms, job portals, and recruitment analytics tools**.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and candidate-focused approach.
-   Excellent planning, organisation, follow-up, problem-solving, and execution skills.
-   Result-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
-   Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline**; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
