We are seeking an accomplished **Senior Director – Supply Chain & Procurement** to lead and transform procurement and supply chain operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring **20–29 years of extensive experience**, with significant exposure to **banking, financial services, procurement, vendor management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain leadership**.

This is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for developing procurement strategies, optimizing supply chain operations, managing critical vendor relationships, driving cost efficiencies, and building resilient sourcing frameworks aligned with business objectives. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, governance, risk management, and sustainable value creation.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute the organization’s **procurement and supply chain strategy**, aligned with business and financial objectives.
-   Lead strategic sourcing, procurement planning, contract negotiations, purchasing, and supplier management across critical categories.
-   Establish robust procurement frameworks, policies, governance mechanisms, and compliance standards.
-   Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure continuity, efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.
-   Identify opportunities to optimize **cost, quality, service levels, and operational efficiency** across procurement and supply chain functions.
