We are looking for an experienced **Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer** with **8–15 years of experience** to design, develop, customize, and support robust CRM solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics CRM, C# / ASP.NET, and Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps**, along with experience working on enterprise-grade CRM implementations and integrations.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and engineering teams to understand requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and deliver high-quality CRM applications that improve business processes and user experience.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, customize, and maintain **Microsoft Dynamics CRM** applications based on business and functional requirements.
-   Develop custom CRM functionality, plugins, workflows, business rules, entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
-   Build scalable and maintainable solutions using **C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core**, and Dynamics CRM development frameworks.
-   Develop and customize applications using **Microsoft Power Platform**, particularly **Power Apps**, to support business workflows and process automation.
-   Configure and extend Dynamics CRM modules while ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices and enterprise development standards.
-   Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, JavaScript components, and server-side extensions where required.
-   Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
-   Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes and performance improvements.
-   Participate in CRM upgrades, deployments, testing, production support, and release management activities.
-   Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance.
-   Prepare technical documentation covering solution architecture, customizations, integrations, and deployment processes.

Must-Have Skills

-   **8–15 years of overall software development experience**, with significant hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
-   Strong expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM** development and customization.
-   Excellent programming experience with **C# and ASP.NET**.
-   Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Power Platform**, especially **Power Apps**.
-   Experience developing Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, views, and business rules.
-   Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, security roles, solutions, and deployment processes.
-   Experience with SQL Server and relational database concepts.
-   Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
-   Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

-   Experience with **Angular** or modern frontend frameworks.
-   Hands-on experience with **CRM integrations**, APIs, web services, and third-party enterprise applications.
-   Experience with **Ribbon Customization** and Dynamics CRM command bar customization.
-   Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
-   Experience with Azure services and Microsoft cloud technologies.
-   Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment practices.
-   Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
-   **8–15 years of relevant professional experience**, with strong hands-on exposure to Dynamics CRM development.
-   Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and complex CRM implementations.
