**Role Summary**

We are looking for a **high-impact Sales Hunter** who can drive **new logo acquisition within the BFSI segment**. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise opportunities into long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in **enterprise IT services sales, AI-led solutions, and deep relationships within BFSI organizations**, along with a proven ability to build pipeline and close large deals from scratch.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

**1\. New Business Acquisition (Core Focus)**

-   Identify, target, and acquire new BFSI enterprise clients
-   Build and execute account entry strategies for new logos
-   Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → closure
-   Consistently build a strong, qualified pipeline

**2\. Enterprise Sales & Deal Closure**

-   Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
-   Position IT services, digital transformation, and AI-led solutions
-   Work closely with pre-sales and solution teams to craft winning proposals
-   Negotiate commercials and drive deal closure
-   Build CXO and senior stakeholder connects within target accounts

**5\. Internal Collaboration**

-   Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams
-   Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
-   Provide market feedback to shape offerings and positioning

**Required Skills & Experience**

**Experience**

-   8–10 years of experience in IT Services / Digital / Technology Sales
-   Strong track record in **new logo acquisition (hunter role)**
-   Experience selling into **BFSI enterprise clients is mandatory**
-   Proven success in closing mid to large-sized deals

**Skills & Competencies**

-   Strong enterprise sales and hunting mindset
-   Deep understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and AI solutions
-   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-   Ability to engage at senior leadership / CXO level
-   Strong pipeline building and deal conversion capability

**Preferred**

-   MBA or equivalent business qualification
-   Experience working with global delivery models or large IT services firms
